In Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych will be sworn-in as the country's President on February 25. A total of 238 members today voted a Paliamentary motion in favor of the date. <br/><br/>Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, who lost the February 7 presidential runoff to Mr. Yanukovych, yesterday said she will seek a legal ruling to overturn the results of the election. <br/>The challenge is to be filed with Ukraine's Supreme Administrative Court in Kyiv later today. <br/><br/>Ms. Tymoshenko charges that more than one million votes in the election were falsified. She lost the runoff by 887,000 votes. <br/><br/>Last week, the poll-monitoring unit of Europe's largest security grouping, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, said the Ukrainian election was free and fair.
