In north Kashmir's Kupwara district, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY), a nationwide transformative campaign to spread awareness and ensure the delivery of government flagship schemes, expanded its reach to more than 12 Panchayats of Kupwara district, covering 274 Panchayats out of total 385 Panchayats of the district so far.
