He said,' the Rath', moving from village to village is not only a vehicle, but an Amrut Kalash, which spreads information about various central and state government schemes to the people. He further appeals to the people to cooperate to build a nation as a developed country. Citizens of surrounding villages took an oath of Swachha Bharat.
