<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) today reached  Panchayat Plassi of Kathua District. A programme was held at the Government Higher Secondary School, Plassi where a large number of people, PRI members and students attended the programme and welcomed the IEC  Van. People attentively listened to the Prime Minister's message of making India a developed nation by 2047. On this occasion, beneficiaries of various centrally sponsored schemes shared their stories as to how their lives changed for the better while availing the benefits of the centrally sponsored schemes. </span><br />
