Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra program was organized at Kanakalapet village of Yanam region, Puducherry District this morning. Local MLA Shri Gollapalli Srinivas Ashok participated as Chief Guest and inaugurated the yatra. <br />''<br />''Regional Administrator Shri. R. Munisamy, Commissioner of Yanam municipality Shri Arul Prakasam coordinated the program with line departments.<br />''<br />'' Administrator Munisamy said that the main purpose of the Yatra was to create awareness about the various development schemes and citizen-centric policies and programs of the Government. He appealed to the people to utilize the welfare schemes fully for their benefit and thus participate in the progress of the nation.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">After Kanakalapet the same events were conducted at UKV Nagar municipal community building and Open Air Auditorium of New bus stand area. Various cultural programs were also performed in the Yatra. Beneficiaries of Ujjwala Yojana, Ayushman Health Insurance scheme shared their experiences in the programs.</span><br />
