Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra Progresses in Mizoram with Governor's Approval

In Mizoram, Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati said the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) is a 'visionary' initiative that holds the promise of transforming Mizoram and contributing to the progress of the nation as a whole.<br />''<br />''The Governor was speaking at the Urban Campaign of VBSY held at Salem Veng YMA Hall in Aizawl today. Dr Kambhampati said that the mega VBSY was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 15 last year across the country with the objective of 'reaching the unreached' vulnerable people, who are eligible under various schemes but have not availed the benefit so far, by dissemination of information and generating awareness about schemes and enrolment of potential beneficiaries.<br />''<br />''Expressing concern about lack of awareness of various Central schemes, the Governor said that he had pursued the matter on a mission mode, by instructing the various stakeholders to educate the masses regarding these beneficial schemes.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, the transformative journey of the VBSY is being witnessed in all nooks and corners of Mizoram. People in large numbers came out to participate in the transformative campaign aimed at making India a developed nation by 2047.<br />''<br />''The VBSY campaign has so far covered 344 event locations and seen the participation of 30,561 people. Har Ghar Jal saturation is reported in 127 Gram Panchayats while 167 Gram Panchayats have received Ayushman Bharat Card Saturation. 167 Gram Panchayat have achieved ODF Pus model while 49 Gram Panchayats have completed 100% digitization of land records.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">During the ongoing VBSY campaign, a total of 13096 new My Bharat Volunteer registrations have been done and also 5531 new Ayushman Bharat Cards were issued to the eligible beneficiaries. The transformative campaign of VBSY is reaching all parts of the State with huge participation of the people.</span><br />
