Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra for tribal districts of Nagaland launched

The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) for tribal districts of Nagaland was formally launched by Secretary cum COE, National Recruitment Agency, State Prabhari Sanjeeb Kumar Mishra from Indisen village of Dimapur district on Wednesday.<br />'' <br />''Dimapur Deputy Commissioner Tinojongshi Chang, DDG Shipping Dr Raut Pandurang, who is also the district Prabhari, and a host of officials from both Central and state government departments, beneficiaries of Central welfare schemes, local body leaders, villagers and students attended the programme.<br />'' <br />''Mishra said the pan India VBSY is an ambitious programme of the Central government which aims to propel India to a developed country status by the year 2047, hundred years after independence. Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur Tinojongshi Chang flagged off Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra van.<br />'' <br />''Tinojongshi Chang said the main objective of this yatra is to ensure that all the benefits of the central schemes reach every village across the state down to the grass root level. He said the yatra van will cover every block in each district and urged upon all to participate in the yatra and avail the benefits.<br />'' <br />''During the programme beneficiaries of various central schemes shared their experiences after availing the benefits. In Mokokchung, the VBSY tribal campaign was launched by ADC Mokokchung Chumlamo Humtsoe at Ungma village. At Tuensang, the launching was held in Ngangpong village in the presence of district administration officials, government officials and villagers.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The first phase of tribal campaign is being carried out in three districts of Nagaland – Dimapur, Tuensang and Mokokchung. Out of four VBSY outreach vans, two for Dimapur district and one each for Tuensang and Mokokchung will cover the three districts in the tribal areas campaign.</span><br />
