The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra begins at three tribal dominated districts of Assam on Wednesday. Chandra Mohan Patowary, Minister for Environment & Forest, Government of Assam and Kati Ram Boro, Speaker, Bodo Territorial Region and senior government officials attended the inaugural programme at Barama Higher Secondary School in Baksa district. Mr. Patowary flagged off the IEC van.
