In Ladakh, the Chairman, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr Mohd Jaffer Akhoon virtually joined the flag-off ceremony of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra by Prime Minister of India from Kunthi District Jharkhand marking the celebration of third 'Jajatiya Gaurav Diwas'.<br />'' <br />''He also flagged off two dedicated outreach IEC vans which will cover all panchayats in the district during Yatra.
