UB Group chairman and liquor baron Vijay Mallya will not appear before Mumbai's Enforcement Directorate tomorrow. According to news agency PTI, Mallya has sought an extension upto May for appearing before the investigating agency. This is the second time that Mallya has sought an extension. <br/><br/>The Enforcement Directorate had earlier summoned him for questioning on 18th of March which was later rescheduled for tomorrow on Mallya's request. <br/><br/>The Enforcement Directorate wants to question Mallya under provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act in connection with the IDBI case. ED is probing the alleged default of 950-crore rupees to IDBI bank by the now-defunct Kingfisher Airlines.
