Industrialist Vijay Mallya has sought time till May to appear before Enforcement Directorate. Mallya, who had to appear before the agency today in Mumbai, informed the officials that he would not be present today in connection with money laundering case.<br/><br/>Enforcement Directorate had issued summons last Saturday asking him to appear before the agency today. Mallya had failed to appear before the agency last week. He sought a fresh date, sometime in the month of May. The enforcement agency is probing Mallya's role involving over 900 crore rupees IDBI loan case.<br/>
