Union Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Vijay Goel has called on youths to dream big and work sincerely to achieve it. Addressing a youth convention at Gangtok in Sikkim today, the minister said that the Government is giving top priority to the development of north-eastern state focusing more on its security, service and skill development. <br/><br/>Mr Goel also reiterated his ministry commitment to provide appropriate training to all promising sports persons in the region and grooming them at national level. He said Sikkim will be hosting the North East Youth Festival in October this year. The festival, which is aimed at involving local youths in the constructive and creative activities, will have contingents from all eight north-eastern States. The culture, sports and other musical events would be the main attraction during the occasion.
