Congress leader Vijay Bahuguna will be sworn-in as the new Chief Minister of Uttarakhand at the parade ground in Dehradun today. A delegation of Congress MLAs this morning called on the Governor, Mrs. Margaret Alwa and handed over her a letter naming Member of Parliament from Tehri, Vijay Bahuguna as the Congress Legislative Party leader of Uttarakhand. Congress party leaders tols our correspondent that the delegation requested the Governor to hold the swearing-in ceremony around 4.30 in this evening. Our correspondent reports that six ministers are likely to take oath along with the New chief minister this evening.
