The new chief minister of Uttarakhand Mr. Vijay Bahuguna today said that he would constitute his cabinet shortly and prepare a blueprint for the overall development of the state. After taking charge of Chief Minister Office today he held meetings with top officials in the secretariat and went to the State Congress headquarters to meet party workers. He directed all the officials to prepare report cards of their respective departments so that the development schemes can be given an impetus. He said money would not be a constraint for the development schemes.AIR correspondent reports that later in the evening Chief Minister called on the Governor Smt. Margret Alva. It is expected that Protem Speaker of the state assembly may be administered oath tomorrow.
