The Prime Minister has said views in Parliament and various other sections of opinion will be taken into account on the issue of including caste in the census. Addressing his first national press conference after the UPA II took reins of power a year ago,<br/>On a question of creation of new states, Dr Singh said there is no agreement as of now on creation of new states. On the proposal to create Telengana state, Dr Singh said the matter has been referred to a committee.<br/>
