Bollywood Actress Vidya Balan won the Best Actress award for her performance in the film 'Dirty Picture' in the 59th National Film Awards 2011 announced in New Delhi today. Girish Kulkarni won the Best actor Award for Marathi Film Deool.

The films Deool in Marathi and in Byari language jointly won the Best Feature Film Award. The film 'Chillar Party' bagged the Best children's film award.
