Vice President Venkaiah Naidu is on a one day visit to Gujarat today. Mr.Naidu will inaugurate pipeline network of Suzlam Suflam Irrigation Scheme in Mehsana later on Wednesday afternoon. <br/><br/>The scheme is aimed to fill-up lakes and dams of North Gujarat through pipeline network. <br/><br/>Quoting official sources, AIR Ahmedabad correspondent reports that there are 9 reservoirs in North Gujarat which will fill up with pipe line network of this scheme. <br/><br/>This will increase irrigation facilities for farmers and improve ground water level in Mehsana and Gandhinagar district. <br/><br/>Tight security arrangement has been made in Mehsana following visit of Vice President.
