Vice President Venkaiah Naidu today said a strong civil society and media play an important role in fighting corruption. <br/><br/>Inaugurating Vigilance Awareness Week in New Delhi, Mr Naidu said honesty and integrity add value to a society and corruption undermines economic development. He added that political will and administrative skill can kill corruption.<br/>'<br/>He said demonetisation was a temporary pain which will lead to long term gain. The Vice President added that GST is a revolutionary transformation system and digital transformation is the way forward.
