<span style="color: #222222;">Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu will deliver the Foundation Day Lecture of National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, NCST on Tuesday. The theme of the lecture is "Constitution and Tribes". </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The National Commission for Scheduled Tribes was set up on 19th February, 2004 through Constitution (89th Amendment) Act and this year the Commission will be celebrating fifteen years of establishment.
