<span style="color: #222222;">Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu has said public representatives should not make derogatory remarks on their opponents. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He expressed concern over objectionable language being used by political leaders to criticize their counterparts, adding that this way, people develop a negative attitude and disrespect towards public representatives. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Naidu was interacting with media persons at Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh today. The Vice President also advised political parties not to make false promises to people with an eye on elections.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier, Mr Naidu laid the stone for the integrated terminal of Vijayawada airport to be constructed at a cost of 611 crore rupees. He said connectivity will play a major role in economic development of the region. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">With the development of air cargo facilities, aqua products, mangoes, chillies and other agricultural items will get export facilities to benefit farmers.</span>
