Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari has reached Ashgabat on a three-day visit to Turkmenistan. Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan accompanies him. During the visit, the Vice President will attend the ceremony of the 10-billion dollar Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) pipeline project.
