He said that some incubators and distributors are orchestrating pernicious narratives to downsize our growth trajectory and dent our functional democracy and constitutional institutions. The Vice President was addressing the gathering at the release of the book titled 'Governorpet to Governor's House: A Hick's Odyssey', a memoir of the former Governor of Tamil Nadu, PS Ramamohan Rao in New Delhi.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' The Vice President stressed that there is no room for confrontation by those who head constitutional institutions. He said, we need to act in collaboration and find a resolution. He added, the law is equal for all and no one is above the law.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Mr. Dhankhar reiterated that it is the primacy of the Indian constitution that determines the stability, harmony and productivity of democratic governance. He said, the Parliament, reflecting the mandate of the people, is the ultimate and exclusive architect of the Constitution.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;<br />''The vice president lauded the former Governor for his contributions to public life and for sharing his insightful experiences in his memoir.
