Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar has said that in the parliamentary system, it is the responsibility of members of both the ruling party and the opposition to run the House smoothly. While inaugurating the enlightenment program of the newly elected MLAs of Rajasthan Assembly in Jaipur today, the Vice President said that the conduct of the members in the House should be as per dignity.
