Vice President Hamid Ansari will undertake a five-day visit to Rwanda and Uganda beginning from tomorrow as part of efforts to build diplomatic relations with African countries. <br/><br/>The Vice President will hold discussions with leaders in the two African countries on issues of bilateral issues.<br/><br/>Vice President will be in Rwanda from 19 to 21 February and in the second leg of his tour, he will be visiting Uganda from 22 to 23 February. The visit will help in building the contemporary relationship between these two countries and India. <br/><br/>He will be accompanied by Mrs. Salma Ansari, Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment, Vijay Sampla, four Members of Parliament and Senior Officials.
