Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu today condemned the large-scale violence in Punjab and Haryana triggered by the conviction of Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh in a rape case. <br/><br/>He said, violence in the name of caste, religion, language or region is unacceptable in a democracy. Naidu was speaking at a civic reception hosted by the Andhra Pradesh government in Amaravati this afternoon.
