Local cuisines like GI tagged Rajma, 'Sarsoon ka Saag and Makki ki Roti' and Shatloi (local noodles) are becoming immensely popular among the tourists and are directly leading to financial empowerment of local women. CEO Bhadarwah Development Authority, Bal Krishan said that at least 20 women established their food stalls at Guldanda, Qilla and New Bus stand and served ethnic Bhaderwahi food to the tourists.&nbsp;</p>
