The Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting, Venkaiah Naidu presented the 100 volumes of The Collected Works of Mahatma Gandhi, CWMG published by the Publications Division to Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad on Saturday.<br/>Speaking at the programme Mr. Naidu said Gandhiji's teachings and preachings are immortal and they give answer to each and every problem faced by humanity. The minister said it is our duty to carry forward Gandhian legacy in its pristine form for the future generations as it forms an important part of Indian history.<br/>Reaffirming the commitment of Publications Division towards promoting Gandhian thoughts, the Minister said that the division is working in coordination with Gandhian institutions to bring out restored editions of heritage books on Mahatma Gandhi.<br/>Mr Naidu informed that to ensure that Gandhian thoughts reach the new generation readers, all these restored editions have also been made available as e-Books, and are available for online sale.<br/>The Minister recognised the contribution of Ms Dina Patel, head of the CWMG Cell in the Gujarat Vidyapith and various others at Sabarmati Ashram in vetting these hundred volumes to support the Publications Division.<br/><br/><br/>
