Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting and Urban Development M. Venkaiah Naidu said that Andhra Pradesh is a special state for the Centre. Speaking at the launch of various Rail Infra Developmental Works in Vijayawada today, he said, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to take the country forward at faster rate of development and growth for which he gave a clarion call of reform, perform and transform. <br/><br/>Emphasizing on transformation which is the need of the hour, the Union Minister said development which is participative reducing the regional imbalances with every citizen of the country enjoying the fruits of development. He said the mood of the nation today is to walk with Modi and work with Modi.<br/><br/>The Minister said, Andhra Pradesh is coming forward in grabbing the Central projects by allotting the required lands unlike the other states. Mr. Naidu said, around 30 rail projects worth 41,563 crore rupees under various stages is being implemented in the State. He said, Andhra Pradesh will get its due importance from the Centre in every possible manner.
