Information and Broadcasting Minister Venkaiah Naidu has expressed concern at the burning of schools by miscreants in Jammu and Kashmir. <br/><br/>He told media in New Delhi that this is nothing but perversion, otherwise how can anybody think of setting on fire educational institutions which are imparting education to children. <br/><br/>He said residents of Valley should realize that these people have crossed all limits and are acting at the behest of enemies from across the border. <br/><br/>He also expressed hope that people will realise and isolate them. <br/>
