Information and Broadcasting Minister M Venkaiah Naidu has asked the bureaucrats to think fresh and act differently to live up to the expectations of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. <br/><br/>He said this while addressing officers at a farewell function in New Delhi on the occasion of retirement and transfer of Secretaries of the Ministries under his charge. <br/><br/>Mr Naidu suggested that officials should not be guided by the past but be inspired by the future of the country. He said, the past should only be a point reference for drawing right lessons to meet the challenges of the future. <br/><br/>Minister of State for Urban Development Rao Inderjit Singh, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore and Chairman of Prasar Bharati A. Surya Prakash were also present on the occasion.
