Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting M. Venkaiah Naidu said today that former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee is the one person who initiated good governance in the country. <br/><br/>Speaking in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, he said Vajpayee's dedication towards patriotism, nurturing unity among people, high levels of meritorious thinking for the welfare of the poor and the marginalized and safeguarding the country from external threats are benchmarks that need to be emulated. <br/><br/>Mr Naidu observed that leaders today require a sense and urge to serve the poor and the marginalized and not pomp and hype.
