Brazil's move follows recent border clashes between locals and Venezuelans. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, neighbouring Peru has declared a 60-day health emergency in two provinces on its northern border, after health authorities expressed concerns of the spread of diseases from migrants.</span><br />
