This follows Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call for a plastic free India. The sellers have replaced polythene bags with those made of clothes or eco-polythene bags. Some people have started bringing cloth bags from their homes to purchase vegetables, fruits and other groceries. These vegetable and fruit sellers are not only giving a good message to society but also inspiring other shopkeepers to take a cue from them.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">India has a long-standing commitment to eliminate the use of single-use plastic by 2022.</span><br />
