In the Union Territory of Jammu &amp; Kashmir, Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) is in full swing despite the intense cold weather conditions. The objective of the initiative is to accomplish the saturation of various Central Government Welfare schemes. In south Kashmir's Kulgam district, IEC vans or &quot;Modi ki guarantee ki gadi&quot; covered five villages of Devsar Tehsil, yesterday. District Nodal officer VBSY Kulgam, Mohammad Imran Khan who is also Assistant Commissioner Development of Kulgam district took the Sankalp Pledge along with others on the occasion to make India a developed and self-reliant nation by 2047.<br />''<br />''Various sectoral departments had put up the stalls in the Central Kashmir's Ganderbal district, yesterday. IEC Vans were seen moving around in Ganderbal to inform and generate awareness about various welfare schemes among the masses visiting the venue.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''At Dooru Verinag in south Kashmir's Anantnag district, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra programme was organised on the premises of Government Girls Higher Secondary School. A huge number of participants including members of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), locals and senior citizens were present on the occasion.<br />''<br />''After culmination in some parts of the region, the Yatra is nearing completion in some other areas as well. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in his recent monthly radio broadcast &quot;Awaam ki Awaaz&quot; has urged upon the youth to recognise their inner capabilities and lead the journey of a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
