In Andhra Pradesh, Union Minister and Congress senior leader Vayalar Ravi held consultations with the party leaders over the prevailing conditions in state Congress unit. He is on a three-day visit to the state as the special emissary from the Congress high command to take stock of the situation. Speaking to reporters last evening, Mr Ravi said he is trying to understand the prevailing situation in the party and will submit a report to the high command.
