<br/>In Rajasthan, former Chief Minister, Vasundhara Raje has resigned from the post of leader of opposition in the state assembly. In a meeting of BJP legislative party, Mrs. Raje announced her decision and later BJP MLAs handed over her resignation to the Speaker Mr. Dipendar Singh Shekhawat. According to party sources, new leader of Opposition will be elected this week. Till now, deputy leader of Opposition Mr. Ghansyam Tiwari is working as leader of opposition in the assembly. <br/><br/> Meanwhile, the Speaker of Rajasthan Assembly Mr. Dipender Singh Shekhawat said that information of her resignation should come to him through party. After submitting resignation in the meeting of BJP legislativ party Mrs. Raje did not attend the house on Sunday. Earlier, on 23rd October Mrs. Raje had handed over her resignation to BJP high command.
