Many innovations are being made by the Election Commission in Madhya Pradesh. For the first time, Voter Information Slips with QR code have been distributed to all voters in Madhya Pradesh.  This time the voter slip has a QR code in place of the voter's photo.  Through this code, voters will be able to get important information like their polling station number, state and district helpline number and will be able to reach the polling station easily.  At the same time, senior citizens above 80 years of age and voters with more than 40 percent Divyangta have also availed the facility of voting from home on a large scale.
