Maharashtra Cultural affairs Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar on Friday informed that various campaigns have been organized on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi in Wardha district.<br />'' <br />''He said, a campaign to say Vande Mataram instead of Hello, along with the launch of the circumambulation of 75 rivers will also be held at Collectorate office of Wardha district on Oct 2. Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Devendra Fadnavis will be the chief guest of this program. Revenue Minister Radhakrishna Vikhe-Patil, Magsaysay Award Winner and National President of Jalfradari Dr. Rajendra Singh will also grace the occasion. He added that an initiative has been taken up to conserve a total of 75 rivers in the basins of Godavari, Krishna, Tapi, Narmada, Western channels of Maharashtra to create awareness about the importance of rivers in ecosystem. He informed that a festival called "Chala Jaanuya Nadila" has also been organized at Sevagram in Wardha.
