Aam Aadmi Party has released its manifesto for Varanasi. The party has promised to develop Varanasi as a spiritual city for all religions and work to make it a world heritage city. Releasing the party's manifesto yesterday, Arvind Kejriwal said the AAP will take-up the causes of River, Weaver and Sewer. He said his party will take up the cause of fishermen, boatmen and wooden toy makers.

Talking about poor infrastructure in the city including sewer system he said that his party will ensure that the sewage treatment plant is started and issue of electricity and bad roads will also be taken up. He also promised Monorail and Ring roads in the city.
Arvind Kejriwal is pitted against Narendra Modi of BJP and Ajay Rai of Congress for the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat.
