The Union Home Minister, Mr. P. Chidambaram said that the Varanasi blast was the failure of the State Government intelligence agencies as the Centre has given a specific advisory two times to the States about Varanasi terror strike. Talking to media persons at Varanasi this afternoon, he said, 31 persons are admitted in different hospitals and he would discuss with the state government about their best treatment.
