The Vande Bharat Mission is bringing back Indians stranded across the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Flights have been arranged to the gulf countries, which have a large Indian expatriate population and will be bringing back 880 citizens today on board 5 flights.<br />''<br />'' AIR correspondent reports, almost 900 distressed Indians from Dubai , Muscat , Dammam and Doha flew back to India today on five special flights. From Dubai , there were two flights, one to Kannur and the other to Mangalore . <br />'' <br />'' Nearly 60 pregnant women were put on these special flights , more than , more than 100 distressed workers , 65 cases of medical emergencies &nbsp;, a number of stranded tourists , students and some others were sent to India on these two flights from Dubai. Only asymptomatic passengers were allowed to board. From Muscat , 180 people flew back to Chennai.<br />'' <br />'' Dammam Kochi saw approx 167 people going back , while Doha-Thiruvananthapuram special flight took back approximately 180 people. In a special gesture , on the International Nurses' Day, Indian Consulate officials along with the airport officials at Dubai applauded the team of nurses who are involved in the medical screening of the passengers .&nbsp;<br />'' &nbsp;
