It was adopted under India's presidency of the UNSC in August. The Resolution talks of ensuring that Afghan territory is not used for terrorist acts, talks of safe passage and secure departure of Afghans and all foreign nationals from Afghanistan, and talks about upholding of human rights of women and minorities.<br />''<br />''On resumption of flights between India and Afghanistan, Mr Bagchi said it is a complicated and sensitive issue and there are various factors that need to be taken into account.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Replying to a query on recent terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, the spokesperson said India strongly condemns such attacks. He said India is worried about the cross border terrorism and is discussing the issue at various platforms.</span><br />
