External Affairs Ministry on Thursday said the reports of vandalism of Gurudwara in Kabul raise concerns not just for India but also across the world.<br />''<br />''Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said it is very important that the international community continues to insist on fulfilment of the goals outlined in the UN SC Resolution 2593.<br />''<br />''He said the Resolution articulates and guides the collective approach of the international community towards Afghanistan. It was adopted under India's presidency of the UNSC in August. The Resolution talks of ensuring that Afghan territory is not used for terrorist acts, talks of safe passage and secure departure of Afghans and all foreign nationals from Afghanistan, and talks about upholding of human rights of women and minorities.<br />''<br />''On resumption of flights between India and Afghanistan, Mr Bagchi said it is a complicated and sensitive issue and there are various factors that need to be taken into account.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Replying to a query on recent terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, the spokesperson said India strongly condemns such attacks. He said India is worried about the cross border terrorism and is discussing the issue at various platforms.</span><br />
