People in Handwara area of Kupwara district are protesting against killing of a youth by the Army in the Valley. The youth got killed on Friday evening when he was passing through an area where the Army says they laid an ambush after receiving information on the presence of ultras in the area. However, Army sources say it was a case of mistaken identity and they regret the killings. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has condemned the incident.
