In Kashmir Valley, one person died and five others injured in violence and clashes with the security forces in Anantnag town today. Police sources said the incident occurred as the funeral procession of a youth who had drowned four days ago during protests, turned violent. People indulged in stone pelting and attacked residential house of a political leader. The security forces had to open fire. Meanwhile, curfew continues in Srinagar and all other towns of the valley and due to continuous curfew since September 12, people are facing many hardships.
