The Delhi High Court has fixed July 9th for hearing the maintainability of a PIL seeking a court-monitored CBI probe into land deals entered into by Robert Vadra firms. The petitioner in the case has opposed the grant of licenses to change land use of agricultural plots purchased by companies, in which Vadra has stakes in Gurgaon. The PIL also seeks a probe into land deals entered into by Skylight Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. and its subsidiaries in Rajasthan.
