In Mumbai the vaccination drive for bedridden people will commence from tomorrow. The Mumbai Civic body along with an NGO-Project Mumbai' will carry out this vaccination drive.<br />'' <br />'' Alongwith the Centre and state government, it is the endeavour of the Mumbai Civic body to carry out the vaccination of people in a speedy manner. The BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation has also implemented drive-in vaccination for people whose movements are restricted due to old-age or other medical conditions.<br />'' <br />'' Apart from this, there are people who cannot visit the vaccination centres as they are bedridden due to certain medical conditions and illnesses. Taking into consideration the hurdles faced by them, demands were made to visit the residence of such people and inoculate them with COVID-19 vaccine.<br />'' <br />'' The BMC has sought basic information such as name, age, address, contact details of people who want to get themselves inoculated on the covidvacc2bedridden@gmail.com Email ID. So far, more than 4 thousand people have made the request to the civic body.<br />
