<span style="color: #222222;">In West Bengal, vaccination against COVID-19 for transport workers started today at four places in Kolkata and adjacent districts. Initiating the drive at the Kolkata Municipal Sports tent, transport Minister Firhad Hakim said that vulnerable workers such as bus and cab drivers, conductors and auto drivers can walk in with their licences to get the jab on a first come first serve basis. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Vaccination drives for them will soon be started at the bus depots in all the districts. More than a thousand drivers and conductors of West Bengal Transport Corporations have already got their first dose of COVID vaccine.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Similarly, in New Town and Sector Five areas around Kolkata labourers related to real estate will be provided vaccines free of cost. Due to restrictions imposed by the government, the workers can not go back to their districts.
