Union Minister of state for Social Justice and Empowerment Ramdas Athawale has said, the backlog of vacancies for the disabled in Central Public Sector Organizations and Maharashtra Government should be filled as soon as possible.<br/><br/>He was addressing a press conference in Mumbai after a meeting with officials of Central Government Organisations and Maharashtra Government to review the backlog of vacancies for disabled.<br/><br/>He warned of strict action if the backlog is not filled. Mr Athawale also said that he would press the demand for reservation for SC and ST's in the private sector.
