Vice President Venkaiah Naidu has exhorted the young All India Service officers to abide by their bounden duties so as to treat the common men as their own, at the same time to feel themselves to be one of them. <br/><br/>Inaugurating the 92nd Foundation Course for All India Service and Central Civil Service officers in Hyderabad today, he advised them to maintain utmost impartiality and incorruptibility in administration. <br/><br/>He informed that the civil service was created to provide an impartial and inclusive management culture in the country's governance. <br/><br/>He further said, this sort of administration is absolutely necessary in the multilingual, multi religious and pluralistic society in a country like ours. <br/><br/>Mr Naidu felt that the officers need to be agile in their thoughts and actions. He suggested that the officers should be able to access the latest information, knowledge and use them for improving service delivery. <br/><br/>He opined that people and the country expect the top bureaucracy to deliver high level proficiency and efficiency. <br/><br/>He suggested the young officers to make use of every opportunity to refine working methods to achieve the ultimate objective of improving quality of life of every citizen. He said, the country especially the youth look upon civil servants as role models of good behaviour. <br/><br/>Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mohd. Mahamood also participated in the programme.
