Army chief Gen V K Singh today said the issues relating to the defence sector that have come up recently are complicated. General Singh, who witnessed the Armed Forces war games Shoorveer in Rajasthan said solutions to them have to be found within the parameters of transparency. He was asked by reporters to comment on alleged corruption in procurements and lack of ammunition in the Army. About the Armed Forces exercise, he said he was satisfied with the preparedness of the South Western Command.
